BECKLEY, W.Va. (WVVA) A White Oak man is behind bars after deputies say he was driving underneath the affect of marijuana and collided with one other automotive.
In keeping with the grievance, Jerry Douglas White Jr. was charged with driving underneath the affect leading to loss of life and driving underneath the affect leading to bodily harm after he collided with one other automotive on August eighth, 2018.
Deputies mentioned White crossed the double line on North Sand Department Street, putting a crimson Hyundai Sonata carrying two individuals within the entrance seat. In keeping with Lt. J.
